          “Paul ,Two years ago I came home to Copperas Cove where I had grown up; my mission was to convince my Mom it was time to leave her home of 35 years and come live with me in another state with no friends or familiarity!! I really had no clue on how to even begin setting up a realtor and getting the house ready to sell, living 2200 miles away.  

       I spoke to one Realtor prior to meeting Paul, and they just turn me off.  I was headed home from that meeting cutting across the Terrace Center parking lot when I spotted the Century 21 Realtor office. Prior to that moment I hadn’t known it was there. I walk in with the intention of just asking a few questions on how Century 21 would handle the sell of my home to compare to what the previous realtor had said. The first and only person I meet that day was Paul, and before I knew it, I was telling him my life story and talking about how I would need some good leads on a cleaning crew and handyman in the area to get the house even ready for sell. Paul said I can do it all!

I left that day with his card and said I would be back when the time was right. I came back to town 6- months later and called him and ask him if he remember me, and that I was ready to talk business. He came to my Mother’s home look it over and said all it needs is a new coat of paint and some minor maintenance, nothing to worry about.

I packed my Mom up, turn over the keys and the power to do what’s needed. It took us a year to sell the home do to the market, But not because Paul was not listing it and showing it on every available internet site. Paul is a great realtor and friend, and when I’m back in town I will stop and take him to Lunch!"

 "Paul, From the bottom of my heart, I want to thank you for making the sell of my home a weight of my shoulders. As you know my home had been in the market for over six months and I had not even received one offer. Unfortunately, I feel the previous realtor was not servicing me in selling my home in a positive way. Even though I had not met you, you made me feel positive in selling my home. I was at a point that I was frustrated, disappointed and very discouraged. You spoke to me and explained step by step the process of selling a house and every step of the way you were giving me a play by play which I greatly appreciate.

I had never sold a house and the process was very intimidating, but with you by my side and explaining everything in terms I was able to understand I was always at ease and felt very good about having you take care of everything and relieving a lot of the stress from me.  

The amazing thing about this whole experience is that we or I should say you managed to do this via telephone calls and internet alone. Not until I signed the documents for the closing was when I got to meet you. This definitely says a lot of you as a person. Me not being in the same city and never once meeting and still you proving the attention and dedication to my needs I have to say was a blessing for me.

Now a days it is very hard to come across people you can trust that will do as they say. I was very blessed to have had a good trustworthy person come into my life, you might not fully understand the positive impact you have made in my life, being a single parent, I have struggled for years to provide a positive life for my son and often thinking and questing whether I would be able to send him to college or if he would some day have a home and not an apartment to come home to.
